1. Shipping Rates & Cost
• Flat Rate Shipping: We charge a flat fee of $4.99 for all orders weighing up to 50 lbs. 

2. Handling & Processing Time
• Order Processing: Please allow 1 to 3 business days for our fulfillment team to safely pack and process your order (Monday through Friday).

3. Delivery & Transit Estimates
• Shipping Time: Once your order leaves our facility, transit takes an additional 3 to 5 business days to arrive at your destination. 
• Total Estimated Delivery Time: Typically 4 to 8 business days from the moment your order is placed.
